The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to milani@unemat.br. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
    Third Party Access<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
      Data Retention Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at appaguanamedida@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
      Children<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and\/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and\/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and\/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (appaguanamedida@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

      These terms and conditions apply to the Calc. Evapotranspira\u00e7\u00e3o C-ETo app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by UNEMAT (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider’s agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In terms of the Service Provider’s responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and\/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A Prestadora de Servi\u00e7os poder\u00e1 utilizar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas para contat\u00e1-lo ocasionalmente com informa\u00e7\u00f5es importantes, avisos necess\u00e1rios e promo\u00e7\u00f5es de marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Para uma melhor experi\u00eancia ao usar o Aplicativo, o Provedor de Servi\u00e7os pode solicitar que voc\u00ea nos forne\u00e7a certas informa\u00e7\u00f5es de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal, incluindo, entre outras, milani@unemat.br. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es solicitadas pelo Provedor de Servi\u00e7os ser\u00e3o retidas por ele e usadas conforme descrito nesta pol\u00edtica de privacidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os pode compartilhar suas informa\u00e7\u00f5es com terceiros das maneiras descritas nesta declara\u00e7\u00e3o de privacidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os pode divulgar as Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Fornecidas pelo Usu\u00e1rio e as Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Coletadas Automaticamente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os reter\u00e1 os dados fornecidos pelo usu\u00e1rio enquanto voc\u00ea usar o Aplicativo e por um per\u00edodo razo\u00e1vel ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino do uso. Se desejar que os dados fornecidos pelo usu\u00e1rio por meio do Aplicativo sejam exclu\u00eddos, entre em contato com o Provedor de Servi\u00e7os pelo endere\u00e7o appaguanamedida@gmail.com e ele responder\u00e1 em um prazo razo\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Crian\u00e7as<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o usa o Aplicativo para solicitar dados ou direcionar marketing a crian\u00e7as menores de 13 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o coleta intencionalmente informa\u00e7\u00f5es de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal de crian\u00e7as. O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os incentiva todas as crian\u00e7as a nunca enviarem informa\u00e7\u00f5es de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal por meio do Aplicativo e\/ou Servi\u00e7os. O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os incentiva os pais e respons\u00e1veis \u200b\u200blegais a monitorarem o uso da Internet por seus filhos e a ajudarem a garantir o cumprimento desta Pol\u00edtica, instruindo-os a nunca fornecerem informa\u00e7\u00f5es de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal por meio do Aplicativo e\/ou Servi\u00e7os sem a devida autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o. Caso tenha motivos para acreditar que uma crian\u00e7a forneceu informa\u00e7\u00f5es de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal ao Provedor de Servi\u00e7os por meio do Aplicativo e\/ou Servi\u00e7os, entre em contato com o Provedor de Servi\u00e7os (appaguanamedida@gmail.com) para que as medidas necess\u00e1rias sejam tomadas.       Ao baixar ou utilizar o Aplicativo, voc\u00ea concorda automaticamente com os seguintes termos. \u00c9 altamente recomend\u00e1vel que voc\u00ea leia e compreenda estes termos atentamente antes de usar o Aplicativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \u00c9 estritamente proibida a c\u00f3pia ou modifica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o autorizada do Aplicativo, de qualquer parte do Aplicativo ou de nossas marcas registradas. N\u00e3o s\u00e3o permitidas tentativas de extrair o c\u00f3digo-fonte do Aplicativo, traduzi-lo para outros idiomas ou criar vers\u00f5es derivadas. Todas as marcas registradas, direitos autorais, direitos de banco de dados e outros direitos de propriedade intelectual relacionados ao Aplicativo permanecem propriedade da Prestadora de Servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A Prestadora de Servi\u00e7os se dedica a garantir que o Aplicativo seja o mais ben\u00e9fico e eficiente poss\u00edvel. Assim, reserva-se o direito de modificar o Aplicativo ou cobrar por seus servi\u00e7os a qualquer momento e por qualquer motivo. O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os garante que quaisquer cobran\u00e7as pelo Aplicativo ou seus servi\u00e7os ser\u00e3o comunicadas a voc\u00ea de forma clara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      O Aplicativo armazena e processa os dados pessoais que voc\u00ea forneceu ao Provedor de Servi\u00e7os para que este possa prestar o Servi\u00e7o. \u00c9 sua responsabilidade manter a seguran\u00e7a do seu telefone e o acesso ao Aplicativo. O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os desaconselha veementemente o jailbreak ou root do seu telefone, que envolve a remo\u00e7\u00e3o das restri\u00e7\u00f5es e limita\u00e7\u00f5es de software impostas pelo sistema operacional oficial do seu dispositivo. Tais a\u00e7\u00f5es podem expor seu telefone a malware, v\u00edrus, programas maliciosos, comprometer os recursos de seguran\u00e7a do seu telefone e podem resultar no mau funcionamento ou at\u00e9 mesmo no mau funcionamento do Aplicativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Observe que o Provedor de Servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o se responsabiliza por certos aspectos. Algumas fun\u00e7\u00f5es do Aplicativo exigem uma conex\u00e3o ativa com a internet, seja por Wi-Fi ou fornecida pela sua operadora de telefonia m\u00f3vel. O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser responsabilizado caso o Aplicativo n\u00e3o funcione em sua capacidade total devido \u00e0 falta de acesso ao Wi-Fi ou se voc\u00ea tiver esgotado seu pacote de dados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Se voc\u00ea estiver usando o aplicativo fora de uma \u00e1rea com Wi-Fi, esteja ciente de que os termos do contrato com sua operadora de celular ainda se aplicam. Consequentemente, voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 incorrer em cobran\u00e7as da sua operadora pelo uso de dados durante a conex\u00e3o com o aplicativo, ou outras cobran\u00e7as de terceiros. Ao usar o aplicativo, voc\u00ea aceita a responsabilidade por quaisquer cobran\u00e7as desse tipo, incluindo tarifas de roaming de dados se usar o aplicativo fora do seu territ\u00f3rio (ou seja, regi\u00e3o ou pa\u00eds) sem desativar o roaming de dados. Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o for o titular da conta do dispositivo no qual est\u00e1 usando o aplicativo, presume-se que voc\u00ea obteve permiss\u00e3o do titular da conta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Da mesma forma, o Provedor de Servi\u00e7os nem sempre pode assumir a responsabilidade pelo seu uso do aplicativo. Por exemplo, \u00e9 sua responsabilidade garantir que seu dispositivo permane\u00e7a carregado. Se a bateria do seu dispositivo acabar e voc\u00ea n\u00e3o conseguir acessar o Servi\u00e7o, o Provedor de Servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser responsabilizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 responsabilidade do Provedor de Servi\u00e7os pelo seu uso do aplicativo, \u00e9 importante observar que, embora ele se esforce para garantir que o aplicativo esteja sempre atualizado e preciso, depende de terceiros para fornecer informa\u00e7\u00f5es que o disponibilizem a voc\u00ea. O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o se responsabiliza por quaisquer perdas, diretas ou indiretas, que voc\u00ea possa sofrer ao confiar exclusivamente nessa funcionalidade do aplicativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os poder\u00e1 atualizar o aplicativo futuramente. O aplicativo est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel de acordo com os requisitos do sistema operacional (e de quaisquer outros sistemas para os quais o Provedor de Servi\u00e7os decida estender a disponibilidade do aplicativo), que podem mudar, e voc\u00ea precisar\u00e1 baixar as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es se quiser continuar usando o aplicativo. O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o garante que sempre atualizar\u00e1 o aplicativo para que ele seja relevante para voc\u00ea e\/ou compat\u00edvel com a vers\u00e3o espec\u00edfica do sistema operacional instalada em seu dispositivo. No entanto, voc\u00ea concorda em sempre aceitar as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es do aplicativo quando oferecidas. O Provedor de Servi\u00e7os tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 interromper o fornecimento do aplicativo e encerrar seu uso a qualquer momento, sem aviso pr\u00e9vio. A menos que seja informado o contr\u00e1rio, em caso de rescis\u00e3o, (a) os direitos e licen\u00e7as concedidos a voc\u00ea nestes termos ser\u00e3o encerrados; (b) voc\u00ea dever\u00e1 cessar o uso do aplicativo e (se necess\u00e1rio) exclu\u00ed-lo do seu dispositivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
